The dispatching system requires amplification with digital intelligent solutions. In world practice, the direction of creating "smart" networks "Smart Grid" has become widespread. Designing such networks and integrating them into existing dispatching systems will ensure efficient distribution, automation and monitoring of energy transmission at all stages from the producer to the end user.
