Machine tool, turner, milling machine ⇒ CNC machine operator
The machine tool is a qualified worker who makes various parts for repair on special machines.
Lathe - a worker who manufactures parts on a lathe, ie machine where the main rotational motion is usually carried out by the workpiece. It manufactures parts mainly cylindrical shape.
Miller - a worker who manufactures parts on the milling machine, where the main rotational motion performs the tool. Machines mainly flat and shaped surfaces.
Difference:
- The work will be carried out on CNC machines.
- The machine tool, lathe, and milling machine decided at the point where the tool and the workpiece interact.
- The operator will select and/or create workpiece programs.
- At the point of contact between the tool and the workpiece, all decisions will be made automatically.
Trigger:
- Replacement of at least 30% of mechanical machines with CNC machines
