The history of the creation of the company "KazMunayGaz Onimderi" began in April 2009. On the basis of the subsidiary company KazMunayGas - Refining and Marketing JSC - Karamai Plus JSC, a new company was formed - KazMunayGas Onimderi JSC. The company has become a single operator for retail sales of fuels and lubricants. Thus, a number of problematic issues were resolved regarding the provision of a unified policy in the field of implementation and pricing; flexible response to changes in market conditions; simplification of decision-making and control procedures; optimization of management personnel and administrative costs; creation of uniform standards for service and operation of gas stations; introduction of a single coupon and card systems for the sale of fuels and lubricants throughout the republic. On February 11, 2014, within the framework of optimization of the structure of the organization of the National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC, KazMunayGas Onimderi JSC was transformed into KazMunayGaz Onimderi LLP.
