United Chemical Company LLP (UCC) was established in 2009 by the decision of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund JSC dated November 28, 2008 in pursuance of the instruction of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, given at an expanded meeting of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 13, 2008 No. on "the creation of a special company that will deal with projects in the chemical industry." The only participant is NWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC. Mission: To contribute to the development of new chemical industries in the Republic of Kazakhstan by creating favorable conditions for investors, if necessary, participate in capital.
