LLP "JV" CASPI BITUM "is the largest producer of road bitumen in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Aktau bitumen plant was built within the framework of the state program to accelerate the industrial innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the instructions of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev. № 735 dated February 5, 2007 on the organization of the production of road bitumen in Kazakhstan.
