prof_view

The Beineu-Bozoi-Shymkent gas pipeline (hereinafter referred to as the Gas Pipeline) is the largest pipeline project in the history of independent Kazakhstan and is intended to play an important role in increasing the energy security of the state. In accordance with the Address of President N. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan dated February 6, 2008, the project is being implemented in order to gasify the southern regions of our country, which depend on gas imports. The gas pipeline will completely abandon import supplies of blue fuel, ensure the stability of energy supplies to the country's domestic market and diversify gas exports outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. The construction and operation of the Gas Pipeline has a macroeconomic and social effect for a number of regions of Kazakhstan and leads to additional investments in the social sphere and production.
