LLP "Kazakhstan-China Pipeline"
Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP is a joint venture established for the design, construction and operation of the Atasu-Alashankou oil pipeline. The partnership was established on July 6, 2004 on the basis of the decision of KazTransOil JSC and the China National Corporation for Exploration and Development of Oil and Gas (CNODC) in accordance with the Framework Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the development of comprehensive cooperation in the field of oil and gas dated May 17, 2004.
