JSC "Uzenmunaigas"
The Uzen oil production department was established on July 15, 1964. Its first leader was the renowned oilman - Rakhmet Utesinov. In March of the same year, construction began on the future city of oil workers - New Uzen. On July 1, 2012, the Ozenmunaigas production branch was reorganized into Ozenmunaigas JSC. The company includes 16 production structural divisions. The Company currently employs over 9,000 people. The company is developing the Uzen and Karamandybas fields.
