North Caspian Operating Company N.V.
The North Caspian Project is the first major offshore oil and gas development project in Kazakhstan. It includes three fields: Kashagan, Kairan and Aktoty. In 2016, for the first time in the history of Kazakhstan, commercial oil production began at the offshore Kashagan field. Project Operator, North Caspian Operating Company N.V. (NCOC) completed an important pipeline replacement project ahead of schedule and reopened the first offshore wells on 28 September.
