It specializes in the extraction and processing of copper and copper-zinc ores. The company's production facilities are located in the Khromtau district of the Aktobe region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The enterprise includes a mining and processing plant, consisting of two processing plants with a total processing capacity of 5 million tons of ore per year, and two open pits at the 50 Let Oktyabrya and Priorskoye deposits. The production capacity of AMK concentrating plants is up to 60 thousand tons of copper and up to 45 thousand tons of zinc in concentrates per year. The 50 Let Oktyabrya deposit was discovered in 1964 and is one of the largest copper pyrite deposits in Kazakhstan.
