The Astana-NanChemicals plant is the largest domestic plant for the production of plant protection chemicals in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The plant is located in Stepnogorsk, Akmola region and was formed on the basis of the former Progress Production Association. We have reconstructed and put into operation 9 buildings, in which 13 technological lines for the production of chemical plant protection products have been installed. Today we are able to manufacture all formulations of pesticides. The plant meets international standards, was built taking into account all the norms and requirements of environmental, industrial and sanitary safety. Products are manufactured in accordance with the latest technologies for the formulation of pesticides, and our own accredited chemical laboratory has a three-stage quality control system - from incoming quality control of incoming raw materials to quality control of finished, manufactured products. In addition to quality control of production, the laboratory conducts daily environmental production monitoring at all stages of the production process, in order to avoid harm to the health of production personnel and harm to the environment. The plant is the largest in the production of pesticides in the Republic of Kazakhstan and, according to leading experts, is the best in equipment and production capacity in Central Asia, from the Urals to the Far East. The production is equipped with modern high-precision equipment. The plant employs certified specialists who have completed special training, who annually improve their skills and improve their qualifications in leading domestic and foreign universities and laboratories.
