"CONCERN NICE" - CONSTRUCTION OF INFRASTRUCTURAL OBJECTS In the spring of 1996, four enterprises operating in different sectors of the construction business in Kazakhstan decided to join forces to jointly erect residential and administrative buildings. The company formed as a result of their merger was named Concern Naiza LLP, and in 2001 it was reorganized into Concern Naiza-Krylys LLP. “Concern“ Naiza-Krylys ”LLP received a tender for orders from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and became the general contractor of several objects in the city of Astana at once: the administrative building of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 12-apartment, 70-apartment and 24-apartment residential buildings. Having implemented these projects with high quality and on time, the company has gained a reputation as a reliable partner, showing that it is able to successfully cope with orders of the highest capital status. In subsequent years, the position of the company has steadily strengthened, the volume of construction has steadily increased. Over the years, the company's specialists have accumulated a wealth of practical experience and extensive professional knowledge. The use of modern technologies and advanced materials, excellent workmanship allow us to adequately compete with foreign colleagues. “Concern“ Naiza-Krylys ”is known not only in the capital of Kazakhstan, but also abroad. More than two dozen residential complexes have been built in Astana alone. In addition to residential complexes, the company is also building non-residential facilities.
