The first direction includes engineering and a number of design and construction and installation companies that carry out the full scope of work on the design, construction, reconstruction and modernization of power transmission lines and substations, as well as equipment, installation and commissioning of equipment at substations on a turnkey basis. Construction project management is carried out using a centralized integrated project management system, which provides flexible communication between the companies involved in the implementation of projects. The second direction includes manufacturing enterprises that produce a wide range of construction and electrical products: reinforced concrete products and structures, metal structures of supports, as well as electrical products, bare wires and polymer insulators, as well as the production and transmission of electrical energy. The third area includes generation sources (thermal and hydroelectric power plants), electrical networks and substations that ensure the production and transmission of electrical and thermal energy.
